This is one of the most exciting menu launches we’ve seen recently. The highest restaurant in the world (level 122) has to raise the bar (excuse the pun) when it comes to fine dining, and At.mosphere certainly does.
Executive Chef Stuart Sage’s seasonal menu features a tasting menu for two people, that starts with an amuse bouche of micro garden salad with yellow fin tuna ceviche, followed by slow-cooked foie, poached organic salmon and wagyu all topped off with delectable red velvet, and At.mosphere’s signature Crunch Dessert, paired with an array of cellared beverages.
Guests can also choose to dine a la carte, and pick from At.mosphere’s multiple courses, all accompanied by an impressive range of beverages, personally suggested by the inhouse sommelier.
Their recommendations for starters include seasonal salad with smoked potato, quail’s egg, Parmesan and aioli; langoustine ravioli or spice-crusted Camembert.
In main courses, diners can indulge in Maine lobster, corn-fed chicken, Arabian lamb rack and wild mushroom risotto.
If you’ve still got room there’s an extensive dessert menu featuring a tiramisu soufflé, artisan cheeses, as well as the classic Chocolate Earth Sphere and At.mosphere’s signature Crunch Dessert.
