Hundreds of residents and guests at the hotel located in the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa now have their own exclusive daycare nursery with high quality facilities formally opened on Thursday. The facility, Burj Daycare Nursery set up by Innoventures Education, has opened its latest addition to their portfolio in the presence of, Maryam Alroomi, Minister of Social Affairs and Moza Salem Al Shoomi, the Director of Child Department and a number of guests.

Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure subsidiary of global developer Emaar, has appointed Stefan Viard as general manager of Al Manzil and Qamardeen Hotels. The group took over operations at the Downtown properties in Dubai from South African operator Tsogo Sun earlier this year.

Residential land prices in some of the most exclusive parts of the Palm Jumeirah have shot up by 30 per cent over the past year as Dubai's property market continues to recover. Owners admit that Emaar Properties, the developer of the tallest tower in the world, hasn’t yet updated them on the OA details and they hardly have time to contend with issues like service charge fees or delays in formation of OAs.
