Mulberry at Park Heights, the first residential apartment complex in Dubai Hills Estate, the city being developed by a joint venture of Meraas Holding and Emaar Properties in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, are set to be launched for sale.
Emaar said on Sunday that around 330 apartments will be released simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London, with showcases in Riyadh and Kuwait.
The developer said Mulberry at Park Heights residential complexes will feature the first-of-its-kind, common terrace areas where families can meet.
The project will also feature an array of outdoor lifestyle choices including a tennis academy, an outdoor pool for adults and kids, and jogging and bicycle tracks. More info
