He is Executive Chef at the exclusive 'At.mosphere' restaurant in Dubai, the highest restaurant in the world, 422 metres above the earth on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa - the tallest building in the world. At At.mosphere, Dwayne's responsibilities include creating menus and leading a team of 24 chefs.

The start and finish for the Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon 2012 will be in Downtown Dubai adjacent to the Burj Khalifa. The starts for the Marathon, 10km Road Race and 3km Fun Run will be from the same start gantry location just up from the Burj Khalifa outside the Pavilion. The finish area for the Marathon, 10km Road Race and 3km Fun Run will be through the same finish gantry location on the opposite side of the road from the start gantry.

The most recent contender, the 1,000m, $1.2 billion Kingdom Tower in Jeddah is due to start in the first quarter of 2012. However the new tower in Azerbaijan will, when constructed, be even taller.
