Damac launches new $109m project near Burj Khalifa

Dubai-based Damac Properties has announced it is launching sales on its latest serviced living project in the Burj area of Dubai. Bay's Edge, a 22-storey tower offering views across to the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower, comprises a total of 220 units managed by the hospitality management company of Damac.
