One of the first new serviced hotels in Dubai to complete will be Burjside Boulevard in the Burj Area with enviable views over the world's tallest tower and world's largest mall. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the region's largest luxury private developer, the 50-storey tower is set to begin handover later this year.

Top-end hotels like JW Marriot, Hyatt Regency, Park Regis Kin, Al Bustan Rotana, Kempinski Mall of Emirates, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Grand Millennium and Samaya are offering exclusive DSF three-night packages for Dh2,479 per person (on twin sharing basis) and Dh4,037 per person (on single occupancy).

This never-seen-before spectacle created especially for Emaar and The Centre of Now by a world class team of professionals and creatives. It is a multimedia extravaganza including a 210 metre long seamless projection screen along with 10 water platforms with semi-transparent screens and in total 79 live performers from around the world.

Emaar Properties, Dubai’s largest developer, will be launching The Address Residence Fountain Views, a luxury tower, in the Downtown Dubai distrcit later this month. The public launch of new tower is scheduled for January 26, according to an invite sent by the developer to its registered real estate agents.

Emaar Properties has awarded the contract to build a 72-storey hotel in Dubai, in what is set to be the sixth property to launch under its Address brand. The Dubai-based developer said today The Address The BLVD project will be built by Brookfield Multiplex Construction, according to a statement to the stock exchange.
