Dubai-based Damac Properties has announced it is launching sales on its latest serviced living project in the Burj area of Dubai.
Bay’s Edge, a 22-storey tower offering views across to the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, comprises a total of 220 units managed by the hospitality management company of Damac.
The $109m (AED: 400m) project is set for completion by the end of 2016, Damac said in a statement, adding that prices for apartments start at around $200,000 (AED: 720,000). More info
