Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC (EEE) has won the EPC Contract for the 132/11kV fountain substation to facilitate Emaar’s plans for Downtown Dubai.
The Al Rostamani Group subsidiary’s work on the project will allow Emaar Properties to strengthen the power network at its Downtown Dubai development as demand increases due to the wave of recently-announced projects such as the Emaar Residences Sky View and the Emaar The Address The BLVD towers.
The project involves the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the substation to be completed within a period of 18 months, before its handed over to the client, DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority). More info
