Emaar Community Management has been licensed by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to offer its services to owners associations.
The company will initially provide expertise in administrative, financial, technical and customer service within its own group of properties including Arabian Ranches and Emirates Living.
“The certification and licensing of Emaar Community Management highlights our expertise in offering quality managerial services to the owners associations. The managers have a key role in upholding the interests of the owners associations and ensuring that the community is maintained as per the directives of the homeowners,” said Emaar Properties managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi.
The Jointly Owned Property law, recently issued by RERA, requires all developers to set up associations within a stipulated time frame.
These associations will be led by a board comprising home-owners elected by members of the community and are to be managed by association managers.
So far Emaar has established 16 interim owners associations.
