Emaar Properties is marking the launch of its first Arabesque-style villa community in Arabian Ranches, one of the most sought-after and established lifestyle neighbourhoods in Dubai.
A launch per week seems have now become a norm with Emaar, which has launched thousands of new residential units in the past few weeks alone.
These include Vida Residence, The Hills (136 serviced apartments), Lila in Arabian Ranches (219 villas), Vids Residence in Downtown Dubai (320 apartments), Rasha in Arabian Ranches (140 villas), Boulevard Point in Downtown Dubai (297 apartments), and now Yasmin in Arabian ranches (98 villas).
The latest offering will go on sale in Dubai and Abu Dhabi simultaneously, along with dedicated showcase in Riyadh on February 8, 2014, the property developer said in a media statement.
Online registration for Dubai and Abu Dhabi sales will commence on February 5, at 10am, and for Riyadh at 9am at www.emaar.com. More info
