Azizi Developments unveiled updated pricing for its landmark Burj Azizi project, with apartments starting at AED4.97 mn.
Set along Sheikh Zayed Road, the 725-meter, 140-story tower will be the world’s second tallest building, combining residences, hospitality, retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural spaces under one roof. Completion is slated for 2029.
Residences range from one- to three-bedroom apartments, with ultra-luxury penthouses occupying the uppermost floors, each with dedicated lobbies. Amenities include pools, a spa, gym and yoga center, cinema, games room, plus on-site retail and dining.
The tower will also feature a seven-star, all-suite hotel with seven culturally inspired restaurants, a luxury ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. Burj Azizi will host several world records, including the highest observation deck (level 130), hotel lobby (level 111), nightclub (level 126), and restaurant (level 122).
