The engineering team behind Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower is pushing “very aggressively” towards completing the tower’s upper observation level on the path to overtaking Dubai’s Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building.
John Peronto, managing principal at Thornton Tomasetti and project manager for Jeddah Tower, said the project is about “60 weeks out” from reaching the upper observation level around the 160th floor, known as the sky terrace.
